Please send this application with a NON-REFUNDABLE check in the amount of $50.00 made out to Karen’s School of Driving.  The $50.00 deposit will be deducted from the total price.  It's not an additional fee. 

Mail your check and application to 7 Park Street, Adams, MA 01220 or drop off your application through our mail slot no later than 2 weeks prior to the class of your choice. This will reserve your place in the class.
